Amazing Place to Stay

Very beautiful home to stay in. The Pictures on the VRBO site don't do the house any justice, much more beautiful. Would book here again in a heart beat if I had a party of 6 or 8. It would be nice to have a bbq on the site. Very nice place!

Gorgeous Boston stay

We stayed in this gorgeous brownstone to attend our daughters graduation. Since we are from Atlanta, I wanted to stay in an authentic brownstone. This fit the bill and is beautifully decorated, very well stocked with games, a record player and kitchen supplies. The views were fabulous and the master suite was incredible!

This property was just as described. We loved how close it was to the T. The beds were very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of walking exploring Boston. Great Boston accommodations

Stayed here with the family for a spring break vacation (ages 10+). Great place with lots of games/books/records if you need to stay inside. 20 minute Lyft ride to downtown Boston sites. Lots of character but a comfortable home. As others have said, there are a lot of stairs that are a little steep so you'll need to be comfortable with those, but we had no issues. Management was very responsive to questions/asks. Reserved parking spot was also very convenient and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Good place for family to stay in Boston

Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this property. I would say the listing could have been more explicit with details of the property including three flights of stairs, no air conditioning except for window unit in master bedroom. The rest of the house was very warm during our October stay and I would not recommend staying here during warmer months. The house didn't have instructions for operating the lights, the fireplace, etc so that took some figuing out. The location is pretty good but not walkable really to any restaurants or grocery stores but very close to the T station, whch was nice!

Oh My! It sounds as if we fell short of expectations here "Anonymous"! We do take great care in crafting our listings with pictures of the steps and state steps are required as well as write no elevator. In the title, "triplex" signifies 3 floors. We were also a bit perplexed as to if you stayed in our listing??? We do have central air that works just fine. Maybe you did not turn on? The control is right out in plain sight in the staircase to the top floor. If you were hot, not sure why you needed to work the fireplace? But the directions for that are right on top of the fireplace in a picture frame. To work lights, flip switch on and lights come on, off and lights go off. A few are on dimmers, but easy to use. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 4 minutes to the subway and within a 20 minute walk multiple coffee shops, ice cream, beer wine, full service grocery store, mini markets and close to 25 restaurants and pubs. We provide a guide and maps in the apartment on the coffee table. We are available to assist especially if you are experiencing all of these issues, we much prefer if guests let us know if they cant figure things out during their stay, so we can correct as needed. Hosts much prefer guests reach out instead of struggling through miserably and then in the end subtracting stars. The buildings are from the 1860's so things do go wrong! However all was working fine and nothing in your list could not have been easily rectified with simple instructions. Message us by phone or the vrbo app, Always happy to assist!

What a beautiful place!

We loved staying here. Lots of stairs but who doesn’t need exercise?! The master is a dream and all bedrooms have comfortable beds. We Ubered everywhere with no delays and also used the “T.” Thank you for providing a comfortable home base for our trip.

Just a great place with a outstanding rooftop view. Location was very convenient to all of Boston's attractions. This VRBO was very comfortable and eclectic in decor! We just loved the place! Please be aware that you do have three full floors and a spiral staircase to the roof so you must be ok with climbing some stairs! Owners were very responsive to any questions and place was spotless!

Great Boston Stay.

The property was great for our group of six. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. You are a pretty short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. You do have to navigate the staircases between the floors, but that was not an issue for us & it is well described in the listing. The roof top deck was amazing with the views of the city & that was my favorite spot & I was up there a lot. That staircase is very narrow, but it's worth it once you're up there. It was a great long weekend in Boston!

Beautiful place! Kitchen was functional with great stove/coffee makers. Loved the steam shower. Great sitting area. Stairs are quite steep and narrow. Shops are not within walking distance but with a car it’s quite convenient. The owner is very responsive. It was great for our family to attend our son’s graduation from BU.

The place is awesome for a group of 6 to 8. The location is close the the MBTA for a quick ~15 minute ride to/from Boston and popular stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Beds were very comfortable, the dining area provided a good communal experience, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The property was clean and something interesting in every corner. Very eclectic. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. All bedrooms on 2nd or third floor. Lots of stairs. Top deck outside has pretty views of the city. Terrence was great to comunicate with. All questions answered quickly. Great stay!

Great Home Base to Visit Boston

This home is awesome! Short (5 minute) walk to the Orange Line T stop. Another couple of minutes to some great breakfast spots. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the house and all it has to offer. The view from the roof deck is amazing. Terry was very responsive and helpful. Can't go wrong here!
