A Beautiful Residence

The photos and description don't do this beautiful apartment justice. From the 18th century frescoes on the ceiling of the lounge, to the terrace overlooking the Bargello, to the spacious and comfortable bedrooms, John has thought of every detail. Highly recommended, and hopefully we'll be back soon.

Heart of Florence

What a wonderful stay in the heart of Florence! We enjoyed breakfast on the patio with a view of Palazzo del Bargello. The frescoed ceiling made us feel like Medici! The owner was excellent to interact with and helpful. It was a short walk to the sights. Wonderful!

Fantastic location

This is a beautiful apartment with a fantastic location. I wish I could live here, it’s so nice. We are all youngish and fit so the two-story walk up was manageable, but for anyone with mobility issues, it’s definitely something to be aware of. Although there is a second bathroom, the shower set up really prevents it use. There is no shower curtain, as is common in Europe, so you would essentially soak the entire bathroom if you used the shower. Being a family, it was easy for us to all just use the main bathroom. If we were to return to Florence, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
