Relax to the sight and sound of the waves in this ocean front studio condo located on the 4th floor for maximum views with an elevator just steps away. Watch the sunrise while you sit on the balcony and drink your coffee. Gaze at the beauty of the dolphins swimming by and the pelicans soaring overhead. Queen size Tempur-Pedic bed and pillows and queen size leather sofa sleeper, full kitchen and bath with tub/shower. Tastefully decorated with a beach theme to add to your relaxing stay. Balcony has two rocking chairs and three piece bistro set for you to enjoy a meal or just sit and rock along to the music of the waves. Complex has indoor and outdoor pool, bbq area, shuffle board, and laundry facility. Just over a mile south of the pier and boardwalk shops, take an evening stroll along the shore and have dinner at Joe's Crab Shack, Bubbba Gumps, Land Shark, and more all within walking distance. Then catch a movie followed by a moonlit walk along the shore as you return to the condo and fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. A short 10 minute drive takes you to the speedway, mall, and street cafes. Short term and long term rental available. No smoking and no pets per HOA..

Wonderful place in a great location

We had such a great stay here. It was noticeably clean and check in/out was very easy. The host was very communicative and helped us with our stay multiple times. I would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Daytona to book a stay here. The balcony was great for sitting outside with a coffee in the morning watching the sunrise over the ocean.

This location and little place was absolutely perfect for just me and my husband. It was very quiet, clean, and walking right on to the beach was amazing. The pool was warm and it was just an overall great experience. Perfect for couples.

The condo itself was wonderful. Uplifting, well supplied, great views. Our only disappointment was that there was no beach access from the complex due to the last hurricane. We had to walk to the next public beach ramp. All this aside we would go here again.

We did not use this room. We booked last minute and went to look at it before checking in. It was not what I thought it would have been. There were a couple things about the property we were not comfortable with. It was a personal preference choice we made. No complaints about the host or the property , we just did not stay there.

The property was not what we expected. This property was in poor condition, the back elevator went out every hour. The inside pool was disgustingly filthy. The write-up of the property made it seem as if it was a cottage on the beach, not motel 6. The toilet did not flush right. If I knew what I was getting I would have been ok with it. But it was pure deception.
