Tania and Omar are wonderful hosts! The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wonderful attractions of beautiful Roma!
Tania also coordinated our travel from FCO to the apartment, to Citavecchia for our cruise and another transport back to FCO. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Rome.
This was a lovely property with a gorgeous patio. It is just like it is in the pictures. The company was responsive when I pointed out a problem with the curtains in the second bedroom. The location and restaurants locally were fabulous. We will definitely stay again as we have fallen in love with Rome. No least our grandson!
Excellent with only one exception, the water pressure. I live in Italy so I understand the challenge of water pressure. So ladies, look for a local hairstylist and book any necessary appointments because everything else is wonderful and exactly as listed. Thanks Tania!
Location is great but it’s an pricey accommodation for what you get. It doesn’t have air conditioning in the living room and the fan doesn’t cut it. There was only 1 adult size fork in the place and the bathroom had a musty odor. Next time I will pay the same amount but stay in a decent hotel

Dear Ron,
Before answering all the negatives you listed ,which I find untrue and your rating most unfair , you did not mention how you left my place : Dirty and with Vomit on the bedcover left on the floor etc.
- Communication with you was bad and your responses were scarce and delayed
- I sent you helpful videos for your check in which you DEFINITELY did not view. One video shows that CUTLERY AND CROCKERY are in the living room sideboard. There are at least 10 adult size forks available. It is your fault that you didn't even ask me where to find the cutlery leave alone not watch the videos.
- The building is 17th Century, so we are not allowed to put any AC appliances on the Facade. The two bedrooms have latest generation AC's, as indicated in my listing and are sufficient to cool the whole place . We have actually received compliments for the high efficiency of the two AC appliances.
- The musty smell in the bathroom is because you probably never opened the window to air it.
- I can assure you that the price you paid for your stay, in such a desirable location during the high season , would not allow you to stay in more than a two star Hotel.
- FYI I have been in this business for the past 9 years, listing 4 apartments and have been Designated as a SUPERHOST in another platform, Having close to 90 % 5 star reviews. As such my place is almost always fully booked.

Perfect
My wife and I were looking for the perfectly located location in the heart of Rome, and we could have not found a better spot, be it the location, the settings and all the minutest details that the landlord so meticulously has managed to put together for her guests. The landlord is a very courteous landlady that my wife appreciated very much for going the extra mile with all our questions etc.
The apartment is magnificently furbished with all amenities you could dream of, be it the kitchen, dining, beds, linen, bathroom details and all necessary amenities well beyond any flat we had ever rented before be it in Italy, Spain, France or the U.K. We were truly impressed and pleased and would surely look forward to stay there again and again, whenever back to Rome and highly recommend to anyone for either short or long stays.

Fantastico
I have traveled throughout Italy in my working career and can confirm never to have met such amazing hosts as Omar and Tania, the flat was perfectly located, with all you need in it, well beyond your dreams even with fresh fruits in the fridge.
The touches done by the hosts have exceeded any all expectations the two bedroom flat is in the middle of so much to offer and very central. The amenities of the flat were very impressive. I highly recommend it to anyone going to Rome regardless of the purpose of their visit. My wife Carla as well was extremely pleased and liked the hosts very much too, and the flat even more....

Just amazing
I personally love Rome and I always join my husband on any of his business trips to Italy, over time I became very fond of Rome and what it has to offer. This particular apartment was a pleasant discovery for us as we usually stayed in Hotels. I could not believe the level of comfort offered in this amazing two bedroom flat which is perfectly located and has so much to offer. I do recommend to anyone visiting Rome without hesitation and would stay there again myself.

The BEST
As American Travelers to Europe my wife and I are demanding as we had a fair share of bad experiences, with small flats and lousy settings, in this case we where overwhelmed with the apartment, the location, the settings in all its details and care. The Landlady was lovely with my wife and I, provided us more than we expected. There is no doubt that the web site does not give the apartment its best in terms of photography. The place looks much better when you are there and my wife and I enjoyed it very much. Be it the location which was just amazing and the settings of the whole place. Just marvelous, we thought we were in a seven stars hotel. We would indeed go there again and shall recommend it to all our friends going to Rome.

Stunning apartment and location
the apartment is simply stunning. The green room is so refreshing and overlooks a terrace, perfect in summer. The living room is spacious, we enjoyed meals and watched movies at night (DVD's and player are provided). The location is excellent, in the heart of the centre and close to public transportation. Many shops, restaurants and cafes. Tania and Omar are perfect hosts, very kind and helpful. They also booked private transfer for us to and from the airport. Very relaxing holiday. We'll be back very soon!!!

About the host
Hosted by Tania
Hi! My name is Tania and I am an architect and interior designer. I was born and raised in Rome and after my university degree I did my MA in London. I love anything that has to do with a home: the interior design, cooking for family and friends, buying tableware and fresh flowers. I love bold interiors and believe that bright colours can bring good vibes to our day!
What makes this property unique
This apartment has a wonderful light! The entree is very charming, with a very old wooden cabinet which we just converted into a bar. The interior design of the apartment is contemporary thus keeping some original 18th century features such as a stone fireplace and stucco ceilings. History and contemporary are perfectly balanced. There is a cute terrace, very quiet, which is perfect to enjoy breakfast or a typical aperitivo cocktails. I feel in love with The Living Rome, you will too!
