Rental house for a family or couples only. (No singles/no groups.) Steps from beach. Totally renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house.

All bedrooms are on lower level. One bathroom in MBR. MBR has a king bed. The other 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds (one bedroom with a high rise). NOTE: Currently 2 of these bedrooms' twin beds are put together with a bed bridge and made up as king size beds (as pictured), but these beds can be split back into twins again if needed that way, so that's why the house is listed as "one king and 6 twins." There's flexibility.

Split system A/C-heat units in MBR and LR; thru the wall A/C units in all other BRs; ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

New outdoor shower, 4 bikes, 6 chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach towels. Washer/dryer, wagon.

Top floor: LR and dining/kitchen with kitchen bar, TV, internet. Indoor dining table seats 6, but can extend to seat at least 8 with add'l chairs provided. DW, Refrigerator with water and ice outside dispenser, electric glass top stove.

Huge sliding doors off LR to large outside deck (a little view of the bay), outdoor dining set, lounges, Weber gas BBQ.

Seaview kids park, pool, tennis, ballfields and bay swimming with lifeguards a few blocks away. (New Seaview rule beginning 2025: Kids park/pool is now only available to renters for a fee paid to Seaview.) Beach right down the short block.

Cleaning Fee $300; $150 a week for electric, Internet, and TV.
No smoking in house. Family friendly house/neighborhood.

Rentals start on at 4pm and end on the last day at 11am. As to July and August** (through Labor Day), must take the whole month. For May, June, September (AFTER Labor Day weekend), and October, it's a 3-night minimum.
There is a lease form attached to this listing that must be executed after the listing is confirmed and the particulars as to renter and stay are entered by owner. House Rules are also attached.
