Bouganville House in the center - amazing sea view

Bouganville House is located on the second floor (no lift) of a recently renovated period building (1920s). It is a one-of-a-kind property, thanks to its location, size and tasteful decorations in line with the Ligurian style. The house consists of three large double bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom with shower, while the third has its own dedicated bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a lounge with a sea view and an adjoining balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy a splendid view of the sea and an anteroom with a seating area for moments of relaxation. This apartment is ideal for families with children or for a group of friends up to 6 people and can be arranged with 6 single beds or 3 double beds or any other combination of beds.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, guaranteeing a fast and unlimited internet connection.

The furnishings are sober and tasteful, in the typical style of the Ligurian Riviera which recalls the sea, art and culture. Two of the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a ceiling fan to maintain a pleasant temperature during the hottest days of summer and the house is ventilated by the sea breeze. The third room is not exposed to the sun so the problem of heat does not arise. Bouganville House is located a few meters from the sea and the best beaches of Monterosso, it is very close to shops, restaurants and bars, that is, everything you need just a few steps from home. The Monterosso train station is about 70 meters from the house, the Fegina Parking public car park is just 110 meters away.

The cleaning fee includes 90 euros for linen.
