Enjoy the comfort of this quiet and central location. Located in the typical barrio of Lagunillas - La Victoria. Within walking distance of Plaza de La Merced, Museo Picasso, Teatro Romano, Alcazaba, Catedral and all the Museos de la Ciudad. The house has a living room with dining table and TV with air conditioning. Across the path you access the dormitories, kitchen and bathroom areas. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, horn, vitro hob, washing machine, coffee machine, plancha and all necessary household appliances. The bedroom has 1 bedroom measuring 90 x 190 cm. The working table borders the window. The bedrooms 2 and 3 have beds measuring 135 x 190 cm and working tables. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has an intelligent lock, facilitating access by opening through a keypad. In addition, there are smoke, CO2 and noise detectors.
