Property OK, communication with agency awful

The agency did not send us the information about how to access the property until after the time from which it was supposed to be available and only did so after we spent ages talking to sevrral people from Vrbo. The booking number we were given also seemed incorrect. The phone number given was not connected an we got no replies from the email address given. The flat was OK, although the equipment in the kitchen was woeful - not enough plates, one small cooking pot, one tiny pot, one frying pan, one glass lid that didn't fit on anything, no wooden spoon. The WiFi password given was incorrect, the password printed on the router (which was hidden behind the TV and thus hard to find) was also wrong. We had to guess it. The agency were no help and ignored mostof our emails.
