A great apartment, perfect for a walkers base whilst exploring the Peak District with cosy, friendly pub below.. 8 steps to entrance.
All on the First Floor:
Living room: Freeview TV, Electric Woodburner, Sofa Bed (Double)
Dining room.
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This delightful apartment offers accommodation for up to six guests and is located on the first floor above a fantastic pub loved by the locals, there is soundproofing in place, but the pub is a place to enjoy lovely meals and a couple of glasses of wine. Smithy’s apartment consists of two bedrooms made up of a double and a twin, the double bedroom has the addition of an en-suite shower room too and there is a family shower room also. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge and a countertop electric oven, there is a dining area with suitable seating which opens out into the sitting room offering comfortable seats and Freeview TV.
