It is part of Tavernes de la Valldigna and is situated halfway between the apartment complexes in Xeraco and Tavernes, so it’s a very uncrowded area, yet just a 5-minute drive from the town centre where you’ll find all the amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, police station, buses…).

You’ll have the entire villa to yourselves, including the pool, barbecue, bicycles, paddleboard, ping-pong table, darts… All of this, combined with its unique location, makes Villa Isabelita a fantastic place to relax, enjoy yourself, and unwind while watching those dreamlike sunrises from the spacious terrace.
Since the beach is difficult to access (only from the villas or via a small path), it’s almost like a private beach; only neighbors, fishermen, and people strolling along the shore are there, making it perfect for a peaceful time with your dogs, as long as you’re considerate; it is an unsupervised beach.

Since it’s located in a rural setting, surrounded by orange groves and the beach, a car is necessary. It’s easily accessible via the highway or motorway. Keep in mind that the last kilometre before reaching the villa is a well-paved but single-lane road.
The water in the house is not potable; it’s only suitable for washing and showering.
The villa does not have air conditioning, but since it’s right on the beach and on high ground, there’s a strong breeze, and it’s rare to have a night when you don’t need a light sheet to sleep.
