Heel ruim huis met 3 badkamers en 4 slaapkamers met ventilatoren, prima qua netheid, mooi terras en zwembad, prachtig zicht op de bergen, op een kwartiertje van Gandia en op een paar honderd meter van wandelroutes. Ligt wel aan een iets drukkere baan dus je hoort wel bijna constant een auto die voorbij rijdt.Perfecte communicatie met eigenaar, heel behulpzaam!

Superbe maison ! Très bonne communication avec Carmen la maison était très propre rien à dire apart que le propriétaire venais pratiquement tous les matins à 7h surveiller la piscine choses qui est interdite, dommage pour ce gros détails apart ça tout étais parfait.

Vacances de rêve, cette maison est un havre de paix, tout était parfait( accueil, propreté, emplacement) les photos sur abritel conformes à la réalité, nous avons passés un superbe séjour, trop court...merci encore à Carmen et son papa.

Spacious and well equipped Villa. Lovely pool which we all enjoyed! A nice cool outdoor space to eat and relax during the day. 25 minute journey to the beach and port. 20 minnutes drive to the historic town on Gandia and its amenities including supermarkets and restaurants.

Nice villa in a beautiful location

We loved staying here, the property was clean, the rooms fairly modern and we had a great view of the mountain behind the villa. Carmen and her father went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one, for instance warning us when the hiking area was off limits due to the hunt. Would definitely recommend.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passer 1 semaine en famille dans cette villa et c'était super, bien situé, Gandia à 15min, vue magnifique sur les montagnes de la terrasse, piscine très bien entretenue. Les enfants ont adorés. Nous reviendrons. Mme Donet et son père sont top. Très bon séjour, nous recommandons.

Erholung pur (mit ein paar Abstrichen).

Das Haus bietet alles, was man benötigt. Leider ist einiges aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Vermieter kümmern sich umgehend um Probleme und sind immer erreichbar! Schade, daß das Haus an einer doch stärker als erwartet befahrenen Straße liegt und die Ruhe dadurch etwas getrübt wird. Das Meer ist in ca. 20 Autominuten erreichbar, genau wie alles andere, was benötigt wird. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus im modernen Stil

Wir haben ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Fast 3 Wochen waren wir da. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Straße zum kleinen Dorf Barx. Da gibt es kleine Läden wo man alles bekommt. Wir sind aber auch oft in den Ort Gandia gefahren, um Großeinkäufe zu machen. Das Haus liegt zwischen den Bergen, und ein Waldgebiet kann man vom Haus aus sehen. Schön für Spaziergänge. Der Vater der Vermieterin hat uns selbst geerntete Tomaten geschenkt, die waren super lecker! Vielen Dank dafür!

L’endroit rêvé pour de bonnes vacances !!!

Nous avions été très bien accueilli, par Carmen et son père, qui sont des gens vraiment adorables et au petit soin. La villa été magnifique et très bien exposée, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100% et espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt. 😊

Lovely villa at a great location

We had a great stay at this villa, complete with nice sized pool, well equipped kitchen and outdoor area with bbq. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable as well. The secenery and sunset are truly mesmerizing. Are you a hiker? Check out the trails that are nearby. Do you like the beach? Take a short drive to Gandia and check out the beach and fishrestaurants.

Un vrai havre de paix

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans ce petit coin merveilleux. La vue piscine/montagnes est si apaisante… Chemins de randonnées faciles d’accès. Maison très propre. On reviendra avec grand plaisir. Seul petit point négatif : le bruit des voitures sur la route qui vient couper le grand silence de la nature environnante par moment mais aucun souci pour le sommeil, cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir.

Spacious modern house in spectacular location.

This house has all the facilities you need for a quiet break away from it all with the benefit of fabulous woodland and mountain views on the doorstep. It has a nice pool area, bbq plenty of outdoor furniture plus 3 bathrooms. If you like hiking their are some nice trails off into the mountains. We also used it as a base for days out in valencia which was about 45 minutes drive.

Family Holiday 2022

The villa is exactly as described and the pictures don't do justice to how big the villa really is. It was fully equipped for all our needs as a family. Check in was easy enough with Carmen's Dad even despite the language barrier. He came and maintained the pool during the week and was always very friendly. The pool and outside areas were amazing and the views speak for themselves. We would definitely return in the future.

Wer es gerne ruhig und entspannt mag, ist hier genau richtig. Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung zum Wandern und Biken. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns mit frischen Orangen versorgt. Gerne wieder !

So wie wir es wollten, nicht in den Hotelburgen direkt an der Küste, sondern etwas im Landesinneren, ca. 20 Minuten vom Meer. Carmen, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

El alojamiento perfecto. Buen tamaño. El único inconveniente los mosquitos (necesario un buen repelente) y las avispas en la piscina, si bien tratándose de zona de montaña es lo normal.

Espectacular

Sólo haría falta una palabra para valorar este alojamiento " IMPRESIONANTE" Empezando por la anfitriona y como no por su padre , unas maravillosas personas , tanto en la llegada como la estancia como la salida, siguiendo con la casa incluso me atrevo a decir que es mejor que en las fotos , no le falta un detalle , la limpieza perfecta , la piscina espectacular , las habitaciones excelentes ... Resumiendo , ha sido una estancia magnífica en todos los sentidos Gracias x compartir vuestros productos con nosotras .un placer Susana
