Mamma Marinalonga is a splendid villa overlooking the Gulf of Carini with one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, sea views in Sicily.
The scent of the Mediterranean is certainly the most beautiful feature of this house, which is 20 metres from the water.
The house is located within the luxurious Marinalonga residence, the most exclusive in the Palermo area.
Mamma Marinalonga has 4 doubles, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, and 1 with French bed.
The rooms are all bright and almost all overlook the sea.
The lounge and kitchen embrace the panorama as far as Isola delle Femmine.
The outside has several corners where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the Sicilian sun.
Of particular charm is the BBQ area.
Inside the residence there are several solariums with entrance to the sea for the exclusive use of the condominiums.

Rooms (5) and bathrooms (4): 4 doubles (one en-suite); 1 twin; 2 bathrooms with shower; 1 bathroom.

Electricity is included up to 150 kWh per week. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.

Check-in after 22.00 h will have a cost of € 30 to be paid in cash on arrival.

OMG what a great location! This house stands in a private and very luxury residence in Villagrazia di Carini. We had great days there, the villa is spacious and bright, the beach is just 10 meters away! The prmoenade of Villagrazia, with many restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzeria is less than a km away. In the town there is also the metro station that connects easily to Palermo. Super stay, super Sicily, super food everywhere.
