Apartment was spacious. Had everything we needed. Near to Metro, grocery stores, bakery and shopping. Quick communication with host and a reasonable price.

Annonce inexacte sur de nombreux points dont:- Les jeux pour enfants mentionnés et visibles sur photo (seulement 2 vieux jeux) - Pas de lits superposés- Aucune cheminée dans ce logement qui est un appart au 1er étage- Concernant les 3 Tv connectées: l'une d'elle ne fonctionne pas, l'autre permet juste les chaines italiennes, et celle du salon n'était pas connectée- il y a un trou dans le mur entre 2 chambres non mentionné!Mais il y a bien plus embêtant:- La table haute de la cuisine est dangereuse car d'un côté elle ne tient que sur un pied. Ma fille de 6 ans est tombée avec la table en s'appuyant dessus et s'est fait mal- Le lit de mon fils craquait énormément et menaçait de se casser. Il a du dormir sur le sol pendant une semaine- Electricité pas du tout aux normes, dangereuse- Gros soucis de plomberie. Nous n'avons pu prendre AUCUNE douche correcte pendant une semaine: brûlante ou gelée. Aucune solution trouvée. - WC bouchés, avec les excréments qui ressortaient par la douche, avec fuite des WC. Refus de la propriétaire de reconnaitre tous ces problèmes. Vraiment dommage car elle était fort sympathique au départ.Sinon logement propre et climatisation efficace.

Gentile signora sono intervenuta ad ogni sua richiesta, mi ha chiesto persino il sapone per il bucato, ha attappato il bagno per dispetto il penultimo giorno. Ho dovuto chiamare il tecnico della televisione perché lei voleva vedere non il televisore ma Netflix, servizio che io non ho menzionato, grazie alla sua segnalazione ho ripristinato. Per quanto riguarda il camino, in cucina c'è un camino a bioetanolo, non è il solito camino lo capisco. Gli ho proposto di aprire un altro letto per suo figlio pensando che nella stanza avesse caldo, mi ha risposto che andava bene così. L' idraulico è venuto 4 volte per risolvere il bloblema dell' acqua che usciva o troppo calda o troppo fredda, abbiamo risolto il problema dopo la sua partenza e mi dispiace. Le prese della cameretta sono state ripristinate sono state allentate. C'è anche l' altro tavolo in camera dove lei ha dormito che avrà certamente visto, di solito si usa se non si vuole usare l'isola a 3 zampe. Mi spiace che la bimba sia caduta le avrei spostato subito il tavolo. Grazie per le segnalazioni , stiamo verificando l' efficienza della struttura. Maria Cristina

Propre, bien desservi, proche métro et commerces pour les repas du soir.Le 5eme couchage avait un matelas trop mou et ne permet pas de bien dormir la nuit.
