Welcome to Baybreak - A stunning detached cottage near the entrance to the village on the popular Seaford Avenue.

Refurbished throughout in late 2024 / 2025 - featuring new fitted kitchen, en-suite, redecorated throughout, new sofas and new carpets this is a lovely holiday home.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen (new) diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 7 with French doors to the patio

The lounge area is stunning with 2 large comfortable sofas and a log burner (bring your own logs) and wall mounted SMART TV. Across the hall there is a WC.

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with the master having a shower room ensuite (refurbished December 24) and a further double and twin room (the twin room has bunks to allow sleeping 7). There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Baybreak is a beautifully decorated large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Day Break at Anchor bay

Had a lovely birthday weekend with family at Day Break .Beautiful property with plenty of room for the seven of us .Comfy beds and everything you need for a self catering holiday . Would recommend

Fabulous accommodation at the bay Filey

Had a great 5 night stay at Baybreak. It is really lovely Tastefully decorated, comfortable. Well equipped and in a great location on the site and for exploring Filey and the surrounding areas. I Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to My family and friends! One little issue was the patio, table and chairs were full of bird poo. I contacted anchor bay holidays who arranged for the patio all chairs and table to be jet washed the next day by the resort maintenance. The customer service received from Anthony was superb! responding promptly to my issue and updating same day, resolving the issue the next morning.

Our stay at Bay break

This is our second stay in a property managed by Anchor bay holidays, (different properties) I can say that communication is excellent emails and countdown reiterating information is spot on. The property Bay Break was clean tidy and had everything our party needed for a comfortable and cosy break. Although this property is quite near reception so further from the beach walk didn't impact on our stay. The bedroom that we occupied with en-suit facilities was comfortable and compact the radiator was not turned on in the en-suit and the valves had been shut so it wasn't possible to switch it on. The mattress in the other double bedroom requires replacement as the springing within the mattress is collapsed, brought to our attention by the other couple who were in our party. Other than these small items the property is pretty much perfect for a family dog friendly break. Would I stay here again YES, would I use Anchor bay holidays a resounding yes.
