2 Bedrooms Penthouse on the fourth floor of the residential complex Buganvilla Golf III, with open plan kitchen fully equipped and a spacious open-air terrace. There is also a private pool on the rooftop terrace. The residential complex has a communal pool, large garden areas and allocated parking spaces located on the basement of the building for each apartment. It is located only 900 metres from the fine sandy beach and 300 metres from the Centro Ecuestre Oliva Nova.
