Location is really the only word needed to describe The Den in Eccles-on-Sea. This contemporary, stylish one-storey hideaway is ideal for a family, small group of friends, or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday, at any time of year. With private steps from the garden over the dunes and straight on to the wonderfully sandy and expansive beach, this property is a show stopper! There is even secure bike storage should you wish to explore on your two wheels.
The Den boasts a light, airy and modern open-plan living environment, with sliding doors which spill on to an enclosed, sunny garden. This area is ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the gaze of relaxing grown-ups whilst the wine chills and the sun sets. The main living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, dining area and sitting room featuring Smart television. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a double while bedroom three has 3' twin beds, and both share the family bathroom with its bath and shower over. There is plenty of parking in the private paddock opposite, which also doubles as the ideal playing green for a spot of summer cricket, rounders, football or whichever ball game takes your fancy! The shed to the rear of the property can be used to securely store bikes - you just need to bring your own padlock.
If you can peel yourself away from the beach, this wonderful property is in the perfect location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Perfectly situated for walking or cycling with its immediate coastal access, just a short drive away are traditional seaside towns east and west with independent amenities galore, plus the Norfolk Broads are within a very easy reach too.
