Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort, is the most recently built resort of the Polaris World developer.

It has a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Saurines, semi-desert style that blends with the surrounding landscape.

The heart of the resort houses a large lake, which gives character to the resort’s most exclusive homes.

The complex is very well connected and only 15 minutes from the beach and Corvera Murcia International airport

Terrazas de la Torre is an impressive resort located in Torre-Pacheco that has apartments of different types, communal areas with swimming pool, 24 hour security, Spar supermarket and parking.

Next to the Spar is a newly opened bar/restaurant called Spanglish that offers food and live entertainment! Also Tuesday-Saturdays there is a Burger Van that sits in front of the U Golf Shop, ideal for those peckish after their round of golf!

What is not to like about this apartment?

Very nice side-corner apartment with good views of the area. Because it is on the 3rd floor (with lift) you can enjoy the sun on the open terrace. Everything you need is there and in good working condition. Because of the price we paid for the use of this apartment we can't give any negative remarks. Everything was more than good.

It was a great week . Murcia holidays instructions and directions to complex very comprehensive. The apartment itself was fantastic excellent location on top floor October Sun all day. The apartment itself is finished to an excellent standard both inside and out could not fault a thing. The complex golf was excellent really well kept course at reasonable prices. The Spar supermarket was well stocked The 19th hole bar is friendly and very reasonably priced considering it’s the only bar. The position of the apartment makes it really easy to find real positive if like us first visit to area. Other positive is accessibility to lots of other golf courses. Depending on requirements car important if you want to visit other placescourses. Conversely you could get a taxi from Murcia and stay on complex if relaxation is your aim. The owners were really friendly and helpful when any questions asked. 10/10 will definitely be back

Amazing!

We spent 18 days in this very nice 2 bed apartment. Exceptionally clean and modern. Furnishings were very new with contemporary finish. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more!) to live comfortably. 18 days is a long time in Airbnb but because it was furnished to such a high standard with all amenities including a large terrace with sun loungers, dining table, parasol etc it was a delight and we did not want to leave after the 18 days! Fantastic shower and wifi also. Although a car is required if you want to explore the coast and local towns (15 mins to reach the coast) and San Javier with it's huge shopping facilities there's a bar, restaurant and Spar on the premises as well as several swimming pools. The Golf is probably the star attraction. I have to say neither myselfhusband play golf and never will! We just liked the apartment so the golf access was n/a for us. Great pro active communication with host. Excellent.
