First, the good stuff: Location is amazing, flat was spotless, good bed and bath, access was super easy. Communications beforehand were excellent. However, the biggest problem is that there seems to be no management or maintenance in London. When something doesn't work (like, the heating controls), sending me the link to the manufacturer's website is not a solution. I spent two full days back and forth texting and emailing and never did get it fixed. Also, some instructions for operating the appliances would be helpful. They are high end, which was nice, but also meant they were complicated and touchy. Terrible coffee maker -- uses pods that are impossible to find in most stores -- and I never could figure out how to work the smart TV. It seemed to just be in an endless loop of wanting me to sign in using my google account. I problably would not stay here again.
