Appartement spacieux, calme, idéalement situé
près de la plage, commerces proches et la météo. Au niveau de l'agence, merci au personnel
notamment Maria et Fatima pour leur aide, sans oublier le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés et qui nous a bien dépanné pour la salle de bain un dimanche.
Peut etre pour la remise des clés, car Poniente est assez éloigné de l'Agence !!!
Apartamento antiguo. Camas muy estrechas. La habitación q era una terraza no está bien aislada. Vistas excelentes. Zona muy tranquila

Apartamento Castelmar en playa de poniente.
El apartamento dispone de parcela de garaje incluida que da mucha tranquilidad a la hora de tener que mover el coche.
Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares y muy relajantes.
Da a dos orientaciones, así que facilita la corriente de aire natural de la brisa del mar y no hace falta usar aire acondicionado que se cobra por día y a parte.
La ubicación es perfecta ya que la playa de Poniente es más familiar y menos concurrida.
La urbanización tiene piscina y zonas verdes pequeñas pero agradables.
El mobiliario de la vivienda está un poco obsoleto y para mi gusto le haría una renovación más actualizada.
Por lo demás, la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria.
La gestión por parte de la inmobiliaria has ido perfecta y muy amable.
Actualización de mobiliario y decoracion en general,Por parte del propietario.
