ACCOMMODATION Horseshoe Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 king-size upstairs with en-suite shower, downstairs1 super king-size bed (can be 2 singles if required).
UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1: king-size bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers, bedside tables, bedside lights with built in charging ports, easy chair. En-suite: shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail
DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 2: Super king-size bed, this can be split into 2 singles if required. Shower room: electric shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rails Sitting room: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, armchair, Freeview and Roku TV, DVD player. Log burner (logs only) initial supply of logs and kindling supplied. Wooden stairs leading to galleried seating area, which in turn gives access via French Doors to an outside balcony, table and recliner chairs. Access to conservatory.
Kitchen/Diner: Approached via 3 steps (handrail both sides) from the sitting room. Halogen hob, electric oven/grill, 2 drawer Air Fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Table seating 4.
Conservatory: 2-seater garden sofa, 2 chairs. Access to the fully fenced rear garden. Front Porch: room for coats, shoes/boots, stool and shoe rack

Large enclosed rear garden access from the conservatory, with picnic bench, BBQ and level lawn, retractable washing line. To the front, enclosed garden accessed by double gates, with parking for 2 cars on a gravel driveway (please keep the gates closed). Use of owner’s EV PodPoint charger.
