Private Sea House with pool 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house has been rebuilt and designed year 2024, its situated in a very peaceful street 300 meters from the Sea and the Supermarket and bakery it s just opposite. It offers a lot of privacy in a very calm and natural environment. The house is equipped up for 6 guests. Every room has his own window and view so that means the house is full of natural light, full equipped bedrooms with King size beds and one bedroom offers a 1,60m bed, all equipped with Air condition and WIFI. All bathrooms have a walk in shower and very stylish furniture. Also very practical is the outside space with the big Pool 12x7meters, outside shower, sunbeds for 6 and a big 2x2m chill out Sofa. On the backside you have a barbeceau area to enjoy nice meals at the large outside table or the cosy indoor table.The kitchen is well equipped with Smeg coffee machine, toaster and kettle, washmachine and washdisher makes your stay also comfortable. Pool towels,bedlines and bath towels are provided.

A modern newly renovated house with a nice pool

This house delivered a nice stay in San Serra. We had breakfast in the shadow by the olive tree, a calm relaxed nap on the daybed, and a nice seim in the pool.
