Andrea met us at the door and checked in throughout the stay! Location was great for access to Roma and all it has to offer. The historic area is such a site to see and the accommodations were great!
The host was awesome and the location was perfect. The bathroom was lacking in cleanliness and the shower was very small. I am 5’ and 110lbs and I barely fit. My 6’ husband had to shower with the door ajar due to not being able to fit. But it is understandable for how old the building is so we made it work. The rest of the house was clean and nice. It was worth it for the location and host for us. We may not stay in this place again, but will definitely consider other properties the host has.
This apartment was a highlight of my 17 stays in Rome. Off the beaten path but less than half a block to amazing sights and food. So quiet you'll forget the crowds probably because they don't know the area exists!
I cant say how amazing this place is. The house was perfect with lots of space, espresso machine, kitchen, and everything you need. The location is the real star, 50 feet from ruins, walking distwnce to everything you want to see, restaurants 30 feet from the door, a roman fountain outside the house which we used everyday to fill our water bottles. If I get the chance I will absolutely stay there again.
Location of the property was perfect, walking distance to major attractions. The ruins just outside the front door were incredible. It was very close to many restaurants. Apartment was clean, the enclosed bedroom was a bit warm but we managed with a fan we found on the closet. Communication with both Patrick and Andrea was outstanding. Both were timely and informative with responses to any questions we had. Check in was efficient as well.
Accomodation was perfect for exploring Rome and all the historic sights. Very clean and had everything we needed. The ruins just outside the front door were incredible in themselves. Also very close to great restaurants. We arrived on a very busy weekend when the city was being shut down for a big celebration and parade, Andrea the property manager was great to communicate with in finding parking within walking distance. The only problem we had is the wifi would not connect during the stay. Would definitely return if we get the chance.
We were so impressed by the manager and location. Tons of places to eat, walking distance for sight seeing. We were delayed due to flight problems, the manager helped set up vehicle transportation for us to pay/use which helped to and from airport, cruise, and a tour due to time crunch!! Again great people, great place!
Loved being in the middle of so many cool things in Rome - everything walkable (within 25 mins) Andrea was our contact and he was the BEST! He saved us in the middle of the night when wife locked us out unexpectedly. Otherwise the flat was sparsely furnished and without any theme, just random furniture. No windows, except for one high up in the bathroom. Shower is the size of a coffin and beware knocking the shower faucet tap when maneuvering in there - it’ll scald ya!
Location of the property was perfect, walking distance to major attractions. So many restaurants, supermarkets, basically everything within 1 kilometre. Apartment was clean, with all facilities that we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful. It was very busy time of the year so it was a bit noisy so if you are looking for quiet place maybe you should look for place out of the city. I wild recommend, we had good time.
Owner and Property Manager were both easy to work with and were very helpful with questions about the area. Apartment was clean and conveniently located on the ground floor. This is an excellent location for touring attractions, accessing restaurants, and getting groceries if needed. Neighborhood felt safe. Guests should read the description carefully and know that there are not two bedrooms. There are two beds, with one located in the kitchen area. The shower was clean and functional, but the size is very small. It was adequate for our needs, but inconvenient for larger bodies. At this time, there is only a washing machine in the apartment as we were told dryers are difficult to get in the area right now. If that is important to a guest, they should confirm with the owner. Overall great experience and a good value!
We, two adults, stayed at this property Easter weekend. The property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location was excellent. There were restaurants and cafes right around the corner, not even two minutes away. We were able to walk everywhere we needed/wanted to go, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican City, Colosseum, etc.. The area the property is in is also very safe. We were very comfortable regardless of what time of day or night. Also, being as close to restaurants and cafes there were no noise issues at all. Communication during the process with both Patrick and Andrea was outstanding. Both were timely and informative with responses to any questions we had. Check in was nice and efficient as well. I would have no hesitation staying at this property again.
During your stay, you never experienced any problems, and in fact, you communicated with my collaborator that everything was fine. When we entered the apartment upon your checkout, we found the air conditioning settings changed. Instead of air conditioning, it was on fan mode. I don't understand why you changed the settings! All you had to do was ask, and we would have told you how to reset the air conditioning. Receiving a negative review for your inability to push a button seems paradoxical to me.

Not as advertised
This unit was advertised as a 2 bedroom, however the second bedroom was part of the kitchen, so was not suited for 2 couples. The unit had no windows except for one in the bathroom (but was unreachable). The air conditioning was weak so did not cool the 1 bedroom. The ceiling fan (noisy and unstable) and kitchen table (very unstable) needs some attention. We chose this apartment for the location. It was close to the main attractions and restaurants. It was disappointing.

Dear Henri, I am sorry to read your review in which you say that the apartment is not as advertised. The photos correspond exactly to the apartment. I should have expected it anyway given what happened. Unfortunately, you caused serious damage by breaking a valuable marble table and I understand that having had to make a refund, you are upset. But this does not justify your comments that do not correspond to reality. The opinion of previous guests can certainly help a correct evaluation. I am sorry but whoever breaks, pays and a correct and balanced opinion would certainly have been appreciated.
