This charming 50m² apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. Please note the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access.

The open-plan living room features a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Natural sunlight floods the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. It also has an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address is in a prime location for exploring the city. Popular attractions such as Bioparc Valencia and the Serranos Towers are just a short distance away. For those looking to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, cafes like El Corte Inglés are nearby. Additionally, foodies will love the variety of restaurants and bars in the area, including Sagardi Valencia Centro. Whether you are a tourist or a local looking for a new adventure, this address offers a great starting point for your Valencia exploration.

It is conveniently situated near public transportation, with Àngel Guimerà metro station just a 14-minute walk away and Valencia Station North only 1.1 km from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
