Great place to stay

If you are visiting Palermo, this place is worth staying at this apartment. It’s a mere block away from historic district and the market. It’s also tucked into a little square, so it’s quiet and nice at night. The apartment is small but convenient for our use. Unfortunatley our flight was delayed and we missed our 1st night there. But we fully enjoyed our day/night at Palermo. We walked to the Ballaro market (less than 5min away), and to the historic district, whish is right on the road (just walk along the road and you’ll get there). The only regret was that we didn’t rent a car from the airport, as taxi cost a gazillion and the bus would take more than an hour plus walk distance.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and that the location allowed you to fully appreciate the wonders of Palermo, such as the Ballarò market and the historic district. We are sorry for the delay of your flight and the inconvenience related to transportation from the airport. For future guests we suggest considering, in addition to the options listed, renting a car for maximum autonomy or taking the train from the airport to Palermo Central Station, which takes about 50 minutes. The station is only a 10-minute walk from Dimora degli Scalzi. We hope to host you again in the future!
