A wonderful property in a great location - 15/20 mins walk to the main bay and 10 mins walk to a great pub. The pictures don’t do it justice - very welcoming and a lovely welcome pack along all the comforts you would need. Comfy beds and furnishings. A great base to explore Anglesey. Would have given 5 stars but when we got there there was dog hair on the floor so had to brush up and there was not toilet roll left so had to nip down the road to the local spar to pick some up - I am hoping it was just an oversight for our visit. In saying that I would definitely be back and would highly recommend booking.

The accommodation was excellent.

The accommodation was excellent. Just as described, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The outside furniture was very useful, in the sun from mid morning, and it too was comfortable. There was lots of kitchen equipment and utensils - with unbreakable plates etc for using outside and picnics, and there were supplies for the dish washer and washing machine. We had no problems catering for ourselves. The area was very peaceful. We did find the supermarkets a few minutes drive towards Holyhead to be better than those at Llangefni. The local Spar mini market was useful. All of the major supermarkets do home deliveries - Sainsbury’s, Waitrose etc - so we’d probably order before we left home next time. We’re not great ones for eating out so didn’t try the local restaurants or cafes but we enjoyed lunch in the restaurant at the Oystercatcher in nearby Rhosneigr. It was our first visit to Anglesey and the low traffic levels and decent roads made getting about very easy. The nearest beach was less than 10 minutes walk.
