The Aparto Almi is a stunning, newly refurbished 2-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Moraira, close to El Portet. Just a 5-minute walk from the bustling town centre and its renowned Blue Flag beaches, this apartment offers a prime location for those seeking proximity to the charming port area and its vibrant bars and restaurants.



Refurbished in 2024, the apartment features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all decorated and finished to the highest standard. The space is equipped with air-conditioning and fans to keep you cool even on the hottest days.



The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator.



The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is flexible, with the option of two single beds or a super king. This room uses the main bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, and a cozy breakfast bar, perfect for those who prefer self-catering. The lounge is furnished to the highest standards with a large 42-inch TV offering a full package in six languages. Additional amenities include a washing machine, drying facilities, and an iron and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.
