It is a house with low standard. It has no AC which make the stay here very hot. Could need some updating regarding plates, glasses and cutlery. The entrance to the property need some work. Damage due weather conditions.

Das Haus, die Lage, der Pool und der Tennisplatz sind wunderschön. Allerdings ist die Ausstattung in der Wohnung sehr alt und begrenzt (wir hatten einen kleinen Kühlschrank ohne Platz für ein Gefrierfach für 6 Personen). Die Ventilatoren funktionierten nicht besonders gut (wir haben unsere eigenen im Laden gekauft) und zwei der 7 Matratzen sind unglaublich hart, was das Schlafen fast unmöglich macht. Auch dies könnte perfekt sein, wenn in saubere Dinge in der Wohnung investiert würde.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Haus ist wunderschön. Aber das Innere des Hauses ist sehr veraltet. Einige Sachen waren kaputt, es gibt nicht genug Geschirr. Für eine Wohnung für 9 Personen gibt es 7 alte Küchenstühle und 2 niedrige Küchenstühle sowie ein durchgelegenes Schlafsofa. Betten sind viel schmaler als das Bettgestell und sehr hart. Schade, denn bei einer guten Renovierung wäre es eine fantastische Wohnung. Nach der Buchung stellte sich heraus, dass das Schwimmbad erst im Mai öffnen würde, bei der Ankunft war dies jedoch erst der 15. Mai. Wir hatten viele Probleme mit den Sanitäranlagen, aber die Bemühungen des örtlichen Managers, der wirklich sein Bestes tat, um die Toilette auszutauschen und die Dusche zu reparieren, waren positiv. Durch die Vermittlung von Bell Villa war zudem gewährleistet, dass bei Problemen stets Hilfe zur Verfügung stand.

Wunderschöne Lage. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge wie Pisa, Siena und Florenz. Das Haus und das Inventar waren etwas karg. Für 9 Personen ist es etwas überfüllt, wir denken, dass es für 6 besser ist. Aber das Haus war sauber genug. Der Pool war sehr schön. Und wir haben den Tennisplatz ein paar Mal genutzt. Wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine in einem separaten Gebäude nutzen. Insgesamt waren wir also zufrieden.
