Welcome to our 115m2 spacious and comfortable Apartment, ideally located in the serene town of Grünheide on Friedrich-Engels-Str. Whether you`re here for work or leisure, our accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms with five single beds in total. All beds come with fresh linens and ample storage for your belongings.


*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
