Indoor Pool, 2 Miles From Ocean, 7,000 Square Foot Luxury Home

Sleeps 24 guests. *This new pricing “all fees included” is confusing. My nightly rate is $1,500 per night ($1,650 peak summer) and a $350 cleaning fee. Not including the fees. *February school vacation week is still available. February 22nd to the 27th. Ask me about weekday, multi day rate discounts!* This home is set back in the middle of 7 acres. Walking trails on abutting 16 acre conservation land, swimming, sauna, hot tub, pond for fishing and a huge yard for outdoor games. When booking please keep in mind this is a 400 year old home and has antique character. It is not a new 5 star hotel. It is old and not perfect, it has old farmhouse New England charm, the paint isn’t perfect, the windows are not perfect but it has modern amenities and newer furniture. I did recently shut the water to the soaking tub off in the master as too many guests were overflowing the tub and I have repaired/replaced the ceiling below 3 times. This is a 7,000 Square foot luxury home with an indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. There are 10 acres of a perfectly manicured lawn and pond. So much land for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, tag football, ultimate Frisbee, with additional conservation land hiking trails. There are multiple bedrooms with multiple beds to accommodate large groups. Features also include home theater with large screen TV, a ping pong table, patio for cookouts, a pond for fishing, the large yard accommodates a place for kids to run and play, yard games, a conservation parcel abuts with hiking trails, but winter will offer snow shoeing & x-country skiing.
PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT WEDDINGS!!! I cannot host any weddings on my property. No exceptions. This home is only suitable for low key family style vacations. NO WILD PARTIES!!!. To clarify what a non allowed event is, it would be a large gathering for more than the allowed 24 guests which would include a band, DJ, lots of cars, noise etc. That is not allowed. It is NOT considered an event if you have a corporate retreat, a yoga retreat, a low key Bachelor or Bachelorette weekend with 24 or less people, a family birthday party, wedding anniversary, etc. Anything being celebrated at the home within the allowed 24 guests is NOT considered an event and IS allowed. I can only fit 10 cars max on the property.
**Due to having too many issues/damage/broken house rules, etc. I have very strict rules about specific age groups, this is NOT a party house. Before booking, please outline the ages of your group and please offer as many details about your stay. I also highly recommend taking out the insurance for a more flexible cancelation option. In the event of Covid or anything else, it allows you to be able to cancel anytime and everyone is covered.

This is my second time staying here. My family loves going there. Large house with great common areas and kitchen area to hang out. Kids love the theater room too. The pool is great with the jacuzzi and sauna. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean. Bedding and towels along with toiletries provided. The kitchen is stocked well with extra fridge in the garage. House is close to many stores if needed also. Great place to stay! Bedroom descriptions with pull out couches accurate. Thank you!

Had a great surprise 40th birthday weekend for my husband with our closest friends. House is very old and unique but cool. Only downfall was ants in a few places (not a big deal so didn't reach out about them) and the incredible amount of rules to follow. I understand why there are rules as the house is very old and people can be disrespectful, but the vast amount of rules made me nervous about everything and I ended up hounding our friends to make sure they were following every rule. Did take away from the weekend a little, but all in all it was still a great time.

We had a wonderful family weekend at this property! My siblings and our families brought our parents here for their 80th birthday. The house was a wonderful combination of the character of the old house with modern touches. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice dinner and gather. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. The grounds were beautiful with walking trails, a pond and beautiful outside seating areas. Can't say enough great things about our stay here. The host was extremely quick in her responses and communication was excellent! Definitely would recommend.

Lovely, rambling old house

The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.

Christmas get away

I gave this weekend to my family as a Christmas gift. Each year we go away together as my gift to them. This home was a perfect spot for our group. Adults could enjoy games in the spacious kitchen while children enjoyed the theater or karaoke in the other end of the spacious house. The indoor pool was fabulous and many memories were made over the weekend. Highly recommend for your family adventures.

Family chill

Celebrating college graduation at UNH. Easy distance to commencement and packing but close to the ocean to enjoy down time and relaxing together. Kitchen easily feeds 10 people with 3 different seating options for meals and plenty of grazing room. Indoor pool is lovely and warm, sauna was hot and easy to use. 4 staircases and 6 bedrooms many with pullout couches in addition to the comfy beds. We had a great reunion. Would love to return.

Really great weekend!

We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Amazing Girls’ Weekend!

This was a perfect house for us to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The indoor heated pool was amazing!! I had a great visit at Chelsi’s house, along with 8 of my girlfriends. The house was beautiful, very old, and so much fun to explore. The pool and jacuzzi were also great - and heated to perfection! Had a great weekend stay in North Hampton. The house was spacious and well appointed. The indoor pool was wonderful especially on a particularly rainy day. The bedrooms were especially spacious, and there was plenty of space throughout the house for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great location near shopping, restaurants, and mini-golf.

There is a full kitchen, wet bar, lots of comfortable places to sleep and we designed and renovated a beautiful spa bathroom for the master. There are 10 beautiful manicured acres for families to enjoy. We look forward to having you!

This beautiful property is located just 2 miles to the ocean and just minutes from downtown Portsmouth. The town of North Hampton has cute markets and shops to enjoy. There are tons of wonderful restaurants in the area as well. This home has a lot of history and will be fun for you to explore. Did you know Montgomery Ward used this home as his summer retreat?

What makes this property unique

This old historic home may have that old New England home charm, but offers so many modern amenities. It offers a large indoor, heated pool with radiant heated floors, a sauna, Jacuzzi tub, a home theater room that can also be used for a meeting / presentations if anyone rents for a corporate retreat. There is a full kitchen, wet bar, lots of comfortable places to sleep and we are designing a beautiful spa bathroom for the master.
