A few years ago my wife and I needed to get away ... just a little breather from the big city. Custer was only 6hrs away so we loaded up the truck and headed up. We were enjoying a relaxing ride on the 1880 train (scenic train ride out of Hill City) when we saw the sign of a house for sale. Just for grins, giggles and dreams we looked up the listing and thought it affordable. We had a 4 day trip planned and it turned into 6 and a contract with a realtor. (Just have to put in a plug here for the most loveable realtor in Custer, Anne Fuchs) Well we loved the place so much we purchased a place for us and a place for others to come and hopefully fall in love with the Black Hills just like we did.

Why they chose this property

Just walking distance from the amenities of Custer City. Quiet park just out front so you can watch the kids play while you are relaxing on the deck. Paved road so your bike won't get stone bruises.

What makes this property unique

I'm not promising but deer mosey through the yard most every day.
