Unbeatable location
Flat has a decent size for 2 or 3 people. It is remodelleda nd clean. It faces the backyard which makes it very quiet eventhough it is in such a central location.Thele kitchen was short on equipment and utensils. Elevator needed some remodelling too.In general highly recommended

We are not recommending this apartment in Vienna. Booked thru VRBO for 11 nights and it was listed as below “ Palais Pálffy Apartment for 4 in Vienna Palais Palffy is a palace located on Josefsplatz in the Innere Stadt district of Vienna, Austria. You will have a chance to sleep in the spot where the noble family once lived ! The 45 square metre residential apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It has one bedroom, access to a fully equipped private kitchen, a bright living room, a single sofa bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms have modern furniture and parquet floors throughout, with amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with international channels, air-conditioning,and heating.” It was AC on the wall but not functioning. Before we arrived to Vienna, I got a confirmation from the host that AC is working. I chat with the host about it and it was not resolved. After a few days we woke up and it was no light in the apartment. We let the know host about it. We stay in the apartment without the lights for more than 24 hours and half of our stay it was so hot outside so we can’t normally sleep during the nights. Also, this apartment was painted probably so many years ago. So many scratches on walls, no international TV as listed! Horrible experience. We did not expect this kind of service in Austria! NOT RECOMMENDING this apartment!!!
