Please note we also own The Old Shop next door should you require 2 properties for larger gatherings (sleeping up to 10 in total) please feel free to check availability.
There is a parking space for this property within the Old Shop driveway but also there is free parking in a nearby lay-by or the paid car park at Manifold Valley Visitor Centre, on a first come first serve basis.
Solar panels provide an environmental approach.
Guests can complete self check in by using the lock box provided at the property
EV charger is shared with the adjoining property, so must be pre-booked - this is on a first come, first served basis:
3 day stay = £20.00
+3 day stay = £35.00
This is a tourist area and can get busy in peak months with walkers, day trippers etc.
We welcome well behaved pets, one larger dog or 2 small and all we ask is that your pets do not sit on soft furnishings and do not go upstairs in the bedrooms. Please feel free to bring your pets bed and blankets.
As an older property, you may notice the occasional cobweb, we do try our best to clear them all away - please send us a private note, rather than a Public Review, if you do experience anything & we will continue to work hard to ensure the property is checked as often as possible
Please close the kitchen door when cooking as the smoke alarm is very sensitive - Thank You!
