A bright and friendly holiday home in Marielyst with a hot tub, sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower and shelter. The holiday home has an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room. There are two bathrooms with showers and underfloor heating, one of which also has a hot tub and sauna for relaxation. Three large bedrooms with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a loft for two with good mattresses. Of course, there's also a cot and a high chair for the little ones.The house is equipped with an energy-friendly heat pump/air conditioning system, which in combination with the wood-burning stove makes it easy to maintain a good temperature in the house. There is cable TV with many channels, TV in the living room and in all rooms, where you can stream your own channels via Chromecast. There's also PlayStation and high-speed internet with good coverage throughout the house.There are also various games for indoor family fun.The spacious kitchen includes a stove with a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer and an additional cupboard freezer. There is both a regular coffee machine and an espresso machine.Outdoors, there's everything you need for a great holiday. There's a large terrace with a hot tub, large garden table, sun loungers, armchairs and parasol. There is also a barbecue. The house is located on an enclosed natural plot with great opportunities for relaxation and an active outdoor life. There is a playground for children with a climbing tower, sandpit and slide. There are also football goals, a badminton set, trolley and other play equipment. And in the backyard you'll find a shelter, fire pit and outdoor shower for cosy nights in.
