There is a SINGLE CARPORT, for ONE standard size, tenant vehicle (car or standard pickup). Sorry, cannot accommodate "monster, dually or lifted" trucks. Additional GUEST PARKING IS LIMITED TO 3 DAYS in the common area lot.

2 BR (king, queen beds) + 3rd loft BR (king/2 twin trundle bed) which can be made in to 2 twins or a king. This is a 1,750 s.f. townhome at the Isles Condominium, Lake Havasu. Just 100 yards to London Bridge, neighborhood shopping and dining. Isles owners/tenants have EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ISLES PRIVATE BEACH AND FREE, PRIVATE, OVERNIGHT BOAT MOORING, on Bridgewater Channel, which is included with this rental. Gated community, tennis courts, outdoor pool, weight and exercise room.

This very clean townhome features current technology, appliances, media and central A/C. Enjoy the Satillo tile patio, 6 seat glass top outdoor dining set, and large stainless, gas grill on the "shady side" of the building. This is a welcome feature from May - October.

View to the South, is of the mountains, from the upstairs , 2nd floor/guest bedroom, featuring supplemental A/C and thermostat control, for just this guest bedroom. Easy access in and out (no speed bumps) to Mc Culloch Blvd, the Bridge, marinas, boat launch ramps, and downtown Lake Havasu City, plus all Az. activities fun and sun!

Sara Park, South of town features mountain biking, Havasu model airplane club, a BMX bike track, Monthly stock car racing, and a private, outdoor shooting club/range. Hiking, local skate park, January balloon festival, February international fireworks festival, October World Jet Ski Championships, April Desert Storm off shore boat regatta/speed trap/poker run, October Run to the Sun Car Show and many other Lake Havasu City local events; especially evenings, downtown, on Mc Culloch Blvd. Catail Cove State Park with RV spcaes & boat launch ramp is on Hwy 95 So. There is also a free water taxi from docks near the London Bridge, to the reservation casino across the lake, from Lake Havasu City. One mile to Windsor Beach and multiple boat ramps. Boat launch ramps ON island, as well. Crazy Horse campground nearby. Perfect for overflow guests or those traveling in RV's.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This townhome is very clean and well suited for a three month stay. The kitchen includes all necessary cooking equipment. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely designed. The location of the townhome is fabulous. It is close to restaurants and the great walking paths available. Peter is an excellent host ensuring a wonderful stay, responding to questions immediately.

Winter in Lake Havasu at the ISLES

We were very happy with our stay at the condo in the Isles this winter for three months. We lOVED the location on the island - short walk to four very good restaurants and the Amazing bridge and canal area. The condo suited us very well- the 2+bedrooms and 2 baths were great when we had friends for a weekend. Peter was a very good host. Would rent again if we were to go back to Lake Havasu for the winter.

The Isles townhomes are, and have been, THE BEST, longer term accommodations on the island in Lake Havasu , for more than 40 years. MINIMUM 30 DAY BOOKINGS - ONLY! The Isles Condominium community/complex is located on Bridgewater Channel, with our own PRIVATE BEACH IN A GATED SETTING. Tennis courts and workout/ weight room. Beach pavilion for picnics on Bridgewater Channel. Outdoor, unheated pool.

What makes this property unique

One of the few places ON Lake Havasu, where a BOATS MAY be LEGALLY MOORED on a beach OVERNIGHT. Avoid the daily put in/take out! It's a $300 fine for overnight mooring ELESWHERE, along the shores of Lake Havasu, and the local authorities do enforce this regulation. Stay ON the ISLAND AND ENJOY THIS TOWNHOME AT THE ISLES !
