This charming and cozy summer house in Grønhøj is located on a large natural plot with many trees. The house features two spacious and bright bedrooms, as well as two smaller but cozy sleeping rooms. Three of the rooms have direct access to the terrace or lawn. In two of the rooms, there are two single beds in each, which require single sheets (approx. size 90x200 cm). In the hallway, you’ll find both an air hockey table and a tabletop football game. The open kitchen and living room area is equipped with a cozy wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large wooden terraces on both sides of the house offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor life, whether you want to relax in the sun or find a peaceful spot in the shade. The garden, surrounded by lush greenery, offers plenty of space for play and activities. For children, there is a sandbox and a charming playhouse. The property includes a large fenced-in area for dogs with a 115 cm wire fence. The rest of the garden is partially fenced or densely planted, creating a safe and private atmosphere. Located just 300 meters from a holiday center with a mini-market and sports hall with ball court rentals. It’s also only 200 meters to a large playground and mini-golf course. Cozy beach paths lead directly to one of Denmark’s best beaches, just 700 meters from the house, and there are hiking and biking trails from the house to Løkken, Saltum, and Blokhus. The house is ideal for both small and large families, as well as for those who wish to stay active or simply enjoy the peace of the garden and the North Sea coast.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
