We enjoyed the views, and the back “yard” was so fun for the kids (and adults for short hikes!) The hot tub was great, although the 10PM rule felt a bit restrictive. It was close to Breckenridge and within a short drive to beautiful lake views and necessities like groceries and gas. It met our needs for our shared family vacation.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this house and we are looking forward to our 3rd next year. The house is fantastic and accommodates all the people in our group so well. It's clean and well maintained as well. Looking forward to 2027.

Great place to make memories with friends

We celebrated a birthday here and went skiing at keystone. Overall, a great place to stay! We were warm the entire time, plenty of space, and the hot tub was amazing!

Great location, lots of room for families!

Great property, loved the location and hot tub, well equipped kitchen. Bunk room was awesome but does open on to the main living area just FYI. Overall an amazing place and we would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!

From checking in to the communication of the property manager and checking out, everything was great and easy. The place was very spacious, clean, and elegant. Seeing the snow in the backyard was such an amazing view. We all enjoyed our stay!

Very easy to work with host. If you are a snowboarder, you can walk to Peru chairlift. We had a large group. Only downside was such a small kitchen for large groups, I would stay here again, even with a large group.
