We had a great stay at the Parkvilla. Carolina was a great host, good communication and easy check-in process. We were able to use both light rail, metro and buses to get all over the city.

Great family house

We stayed six nights and cooked some meals in the well appointed kitchen. Relaxed and enjoyed the house and its surroundings.

Great house that is super equipped in a quiet location. We loved living only 5 minutes from the beach. Stockholm city centre is easy to reach by car. The hostess was always at our side with advice. And our dog was very welcome as well. It doesn't get any better.

Stay at Parkvillan

Our family had a wonderful stay at Parkvillan. We were welcomed with a nice basket of goodies and a detailed folder of information for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a bright clean house with a very nice backyard and lawn furniture. Carolina, our host, made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place.

We spent a lovely week here as part of our Sweden tour. The house is comfortable and clean, with nice bedrooms, two living room areas to relax, a well equipped kitchen, and a large wooden terrace leading onto the garden. The terrace is a great place to eat breakfast or an evening meal, which we often did as we had great luck with the weather.The location is super! It's only a short walk to Näsbypark train station, and a 30 minute ride into Stockholm. There's also a nice bathing beach 5 minutes walk away. It's also easy to visit the islands in the archipelago - we drove to Vaxholm (20 mins), then took the boat to Grinda and had a great day walking round the island.Carolina was very friendly and welcoming, and was always quick to reply to questions we had about the house.This is a great place to stay as a base for exploring Stockholm and the surrounding area, which we would definitely come back to, and can thoroughly recommend!
