Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 6 in 3 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Ace Grace Place is a large dog friendly cottage near the centre of the bay Filey holiday village.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large kitchen,

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture, Across the hall there is a WC.

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.

Ace Grace Place is a large family home ideal for two families!

Weekend stay

Lovely property . Roomy , clean , lots of crockery etc in the kitchen . Great 3 bathrooms . Managed to park outside the property all weekend . Very clean . Beds were comfy . Could just do with a lick of paint - some areas a bit tired .

Short stay

Very nice house had all that we needed, clean, Had a great weekend with family, I would only say that I stay a lot in Filey first time in this house, no welcome pack, may be something that could be done, especially when can’t book in till after 4, just want to get in and relax without thinking about some essentials, but a lovely clean house.

Great stay at Ace Grace Place

Lovely stay at the bay and Ace Grace Place was a great location, easy to find when driving in and close to the beach and onsite pub! The layout and condition of Ace Grace Place was lovely and definitely what sold it for me to book for a family birthday getaway! Great value for money too. The only thing there wasn't any dishwasher tablets, and low on tea towels! But clearly nothing major haha! Id 100% recommend and stay again!☺️

Short break in June

Good access on foot to the beach, and by car to Scarborough and Bridlington. Property was in a good position on the site, clean and well maintained. We will visit again.

Home from home

Great property has everything you need and more. Any problems are dealt with straight away - lighbulb out fixed within an hour. Great location close to shop pub etc

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Ace Grace Place this April. The property was clean, well equipped and well situated. The master bedroom is a little snug, and I found that I missed a flat surface with mirror where I could put my hair straighteners and hair dryer, but managed to improvise. The shower was great. The downstairs space was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, convenient and clean

Ace Grace place was great for what we needed. It had all the facilities in the house that make a stay easier (dishwasher, washing machine etc). The house was clean and comfortable and was spacious enough to easily accommodate six of us. Parking is only a minor annoyance as they are not dedicated so you need to find one close by... but there are plenty.

May bank holiday break for football tournament

A very spacious , clean and well equipped holiday home. We had a 3night break sharing with our daughter, husband , children and the family pet. The accommodation and facilities were ample for our needs. The access to the beach was within walking distance, the children enjoyed using the pool on the complex. Great communication and easy to follow guide/ instructions for the property was given in advance as well as updates during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay @Ace Grace Place.

Our stay in Ace Grace Place

My family & I had a lovely week at Ace Grace Place,the house was clean & beds were comfortable,everything that you could need was there.The pub prices were extortionate though.One downside wasthat we understood that there was an allocated parking space which I thought was ideal for my disabled husband but we found that wasn't the case,there was spaces further away but it wasn't ideal for him as he isn't able to walk far but it didn't spoil the holiday,we would definately book again.

A nice place to stay on the bay

A comfortable place for the six of us and our dog. A great location to get down to the beach. We were a bit worried about getting a parking spot but it was fine! The kitchen was a little tired, probably well used over the summer, the drawers in the fridge held together with tape made me nervous but it did the job! Great selection of games and toys for inside and outside so you're entertained whatever the weather. Would be nice to have a couple of cosy blankets as the nights are drawing in. Although it's a terraced cottage it's well designed, I was never disturbed by neighbours. The bay always has a nice feel about it although the pool opening hours are a bit short and we avoided the JPJ pub as it's awful! I'm sure we'll be back.
