Beautiful 2 Bedroom apartment in the heart of Crested Butte historic district.

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. We really enjoyed our time here! The property was immaculate and we loved the porch area. Perfect location within walking distance of coffee, shopping, and restaurants. Parking was easy and convenient. Pete was very responsive if we had questions. Hope to stay here again!

I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment is compact, but had everything we needed, and was clean and well maintained. The outdoor area is a real plus, as is the parking spot. The location simply couldn't be any better - 1 block from Elk Avenue, with a wealth of quality shops, restaurants and bars all within an easy walk, and yet still quiet and relaxing. The owners are outstanding also - they live on-site and were always friendly and helpful - they even have bikes we could use. Communication was good throughout. Would highly recommend.

This hasn't come up in 6 years but I can see how this might be confused. It is a twin bed over a Double bunk bed. There are 3 different sitting areas outside so very rarely does anyone conflict with one another.

As a VRBO host myself, I highly recommend this rental! The place is fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location in town is great, just one block off of Elk, the main shopping & dining avenue in town. The free shuttle that takes you up to Mount Crested Butte is just 2 blocks away and an easy walk, even with ski gear. Their great ratings are well deserved!
