The location was great - being near Gloucester Rd tube is good as it's a direct trip from Heathrow and easy to get around London.However I was expecting a much better standard of room having booked and paid for 'Deluxe' and what I got was not what I class as deluxe. I had seen photos on the site of a lovely room with big windows and I was extremely disappointed with what I had. I did complain but they were fully booked and said they allocate rooms just before arrival. I had requested when I booked months prior the room with the big windows upstairs overlooking the street but obviously didn't get it. I thought the furniture was shabby and the bathroom needed to have mould removed (which was promptly done), everything was just below average for me. It wasn't a deluxe experience at all and I wouldn't stay there again.
