About this property

Tropical themed 4th-floor studio unit on the Gulf side of the road! There is a queen-size bed with a TV. The family room has a queen-size sofa sleeper & flat-screen TV. The bath has a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator, 2 burners smooth top stove, dishwasher, and overhead convection oven. Our villas have an open floor plan with plenty of room for up to 4. Private balcony with furniture. We provide a daily linen exchange upon request.

Destin West is taking our cleaning and safety standards to a higher level. Between each stay, we will allow for the time to thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our properties, with special attention paid to high-touch areas such as countertops, light switches, and bathroom fixtures.

Property overall was amazing, however, the room had a sliding door that won’t close all the way. This created some humidity in the room. The largest concern was a huge cockroach. This is a common thing in FL, however, if the door would have properly sealed when closed, perhaps the cockroach would not have gotten in.

It is close to the boardwalk so easy access to shop and eat. Great room for a small family. We have stayed in several different condos on Okaloosa Island and I think we will choose this one from now on due to the location and amenities for kids.
