The apartment consists of a small living room with a sofa bed, kitchen with dining table, triple room (one double bed and one single bed) and a complete bathroom with shower. Venice Apartment

Ground level apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast and snacks. We liked the bright orange floor and having a washer was a great help!

Great location, very clean

My 20 year old son and I spent 2 nights at this property. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We slept great. The instructions to get in were easy, and finding the apartment was no problem even though it was off the beaten path. It was quiet at night. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the Peggy Guggenheim and the Academia . We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked very well equipped, and there were interesting art pieces on the walls throughout the apartment with information to contact the artist for purchasing, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival the unit smelled a little damp but quickly changed once we turned the heat on. Overall we had a lovely stay.
