Host cancelled our stay while we were on the flight to Rome.

Arrived to Rome airport to find that the host had cancelled our stay while we were on the flight, 3 hours prior to us checking in, leaving us stressed and with nowhere to stay. New accommodation had to be found at our expense as refund not processed for several days. The Host then ignored my reply. Very poor. Would not recommend
