Location<br>This unique holiday complex is located right in the heart of Huisduinen’s historic centre and close to the beach, the dunes, the dike, and the sea; it is designated as a cultural heritage site. The building has recently been restored and has a unique character thanks to the preservation of authentic elements such as the floors, high ceilings, and windows. From the apartment, the beach and various restaurants are within walking distance. By bike or car, you can reach the supermarket, the Willemsoord entertainment venue, and the centre of Den Helder in 10 to 15 minutes.<br><br>The apartment<br>The holiday complex has 3 apartments. Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the shared hallway with doors leading to the 3 apartments. Your apartment is located on the right. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. It accommodates 2 to 4 people.<br><br>Upon entering, you step directly into the spacious kitchen-dining area. There you’ll find the cosy dining area and the well-equipped open kitchen. The kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and all the usual kitchen utensils.<br><br>From the entryway, turn left to enter the living room. The living area features a comfortable (sleeper) sofa, a large armchair, and a desk.<br>The bedroom is located on the right side of the hallway. It features a double bed and a compact built-in bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.<br><br>The living room opens onto the terrace. The holiday complex has a terrace facing east and south. Apartment "C" has a south-facing terrace with two seating areas and a parasol. For guests travelling with pets, it’s important to know that your terrace is part of the surrounding terrace area. It is fenced in, but the individual terraces are not separated from one another.<br><br>The washing machine and dryer are located on the right-hand side next to the front door. You’ll share these with the guests of the other two apartments. You can park your car in the large car park next to the holiday complex.<br><br>Dogs are welcome. Additional fee: €30 per dog, per week.<br><br>Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.
