This 2 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the Pernera area of Protaras and is within a 7-minute walk to all the beaches, amenities, and resort centre. It is just a short stroll by the sea along the boardwalk to Protaras strip.

The villa is fully furnished and fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. It features an open plan living room, dining, and kitchen area, as well as a large veranda a seating area.

There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC. Free WiFi and Satellite TV are available, and the villa has air conditioning throughout.

Outside, you can enjoy the private pool and sun loungers and a bricked BBQ.

Villa was very clean. Nice area short walk to restaurants and the beach. Check in and communication was excellent. Lovely to have milk,juice,bread and water in the fridge when we arrived.

Original info,7 mins from beach, actually 25 minutes for 80 yr old.Also 7 mins to grocery store,no, actually 20 mins.So,had to hire a car 700eu.And rats on property near pool.cleaning standards,poor.
