This is a great little place, a quick walk to the Vatican or the Lepanto subway station. There are many little gelato shops, restaurants, mini supermarkets, and restaurants right down the street or even on the same street. The AC unit in the bedroom works great the one in the living room could use some work. The unit is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator that is large enough 2 people or 1 person and a suitcase. We felt like it was good value for money and we in a real neighborhood not in a hotel district.
