The Mill is a stunning, refurbished, period Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps six guests, in three characterful bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Sympathetically and tastefully decorated, with flourishes of colour and unique art pieces, The Mill is a delightful one-off retreat. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for rustling up a home-cooked meal and moving upstairs, the sitting room has wonderful original features, beautiful high ceilings and a cosy log burner. To add to the uniqueness of this property, there is an incredible landscaped garden which boasts multiple patios and a tiered lawn; ideal for making the most of the warmer weather. If that wasn't enough, The Mill is also dog friendly!

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic) Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 1 medium sized dog is welcome for an additional £50 per booking. For pet rules, please visit our FAQs Free WiFi Mobile phone reception varies depending on provider Smart TV with apps (guests to use their own login details) Enclosed garden however please note that the surrounding walls are low and the garden is at an incline Gas central heating system Starter supply of wood provided for the wood burning stove This is a period property laid out over three floors with character features including low beams and sloped ceilings There is an unenclosed stream with a bridge that flows through the communal garden next door to the property, so please take care when outside and ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times (the communal gardens are not for guest use) The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
