Casa Enea - Pretty Homes

Our cosy 90 square meter apartment is located in an elegant building from the beginning of the 20th century, just a few steps from the Metro line A/B Termini stop and Metro A Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II stop. Thanks to the metro, the numerous buses and the central location of the apartment you will be able to reach the city centre in about ten minutes! The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has 3 double rooms, a living room with double sofa-bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: washing machine, dryer, wifi, air conditioning, shower and bidet, iron and ironing board.

Upon arrival, each guest over the age of 10 must pay 6 euros per night for the City Tax (only for the first 10 nights in case of long stays).

This holiday home has been duly approved by the Municipality of Rome.

My family of 3 had a great stay. The apartment was a good location close to the Roma Termini train station, so very convenient to walk to and from. It was well renovated, very clean, and spacious. All three rooms were spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved having a full washer and dryer. Bathrooms were clean and modern. Communication with the host was easy and checking in was seamless with the check in manager Marta. The host had some helpful guides in the apartment and the area generally had some good restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 to 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We had some close by tours booked for Pompeii and Herculaneum. The place worked great for that. Good Gelato and Pizza shop close to the location. Nice and close to the train station. We made it work for the four of us but I would say it’s meant for 2. Good experience. She left food and site recommendations. Would have hooked us up with tours as well if we hadn’t already done so.
