Luxury, gulf front condominium offers beautiful view of crystal clear waters and white beach sand. Located on the seventh floor, incredible views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, master and guest bedrooms. Master and guest rooms have king beds and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including under counter ice maker which is convenient for extra ice needed for beach coolers.

The St. Maarten building is the most desired because it is closest to the gulf, with no view obstructions. It also includes a semi-private elevator that opens directly to your room. Free high-speed internet is also included.

Silver Shells is the most lavish gulf-front resort in Destin. It has several pools, including a 7,500 square foot lagoon pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, fitness center, European spa, four tennis courts and basketball courts, all on-site. For dining, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located on-site, as well as a beachfront bar and grill. It is also conveniently located by amusement parks, golf, shopping and everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation.

The property is exactly as listed, clean, well stocked and beautiful!! The view and oversized balcony is amazing and the resort itself is a great place to stay. Host was very nice, responsive and we will definitely be staying here again! The best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, large size ice maker is a major plus for coolers and the bed are very comfortable!! 10 stars!!

Exactly as pictured and described. Very clean well equipped condo. Owner made everything easy. Driving into and out of the complex was quick & easy. And parking for our second vehicle was always easy, not far from the building. We all enjoyed renting a pontoon and cruising around on the Bay. And parasailing with Boogies Watersports. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay! Host communicates promptly. The property has a lot to offer and great nightlife around and within. The beach is great with a bar and food on site! Highly recommend for families or couples with children.

Disappointed in the quality of furniture. Several dining chairs weren’t usable because they were so rickety. Online photos were misleading with living room furniture, which is NOT what is pictured in listing. Actual furniture is dirty and stained Not sure why anyone would give this unit a 10!

Since you had my personal number and had been texting before your trip, I really wish you had let me know of any dissatisfaction when you arrived for the week. The property manager's number is also posted in the unit so you could have let either of us know immediately if there is anything that needed attention. We try very hard to make guests happy! In all fairness, I sincerely hope in the future you will let your host know before posting a negative review so they have the opportunity to do all they can to make you happy with your stay.

This was a girls trip for my 60th birthday. The 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms was perfect for our group of 8 ladies. Tami was great!! And the room was ready early on the day we got there so we could check in early.... The beach was right out the back of our condo and the beach was private just for people in that condo not to the public.... Would highly recommend.
