We had a wonderful stay in Venice! The location was incredibly accessible, making it easy to explore the city, visit the main attractions, and get around using public transportation. The accommodation was spotless, well-maintained, and very cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space was comfortable and inviting after a day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice and would gladly stay here again. Excellent location a little loud at night

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Venice. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. They were LOUD until 2 a.m. every night. Also, there are specific instructions from the host that "quiet hours" are between 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. so as not to disturb residents. However the residents partied well into the night on the weekend. So, if you are looking for a truly "quiet" location this may not be it.
